In 2022 and 2023, I contacted MS. Wilsons office for assistance in a disability claim on behalf of my grandson, Mr. Darrian E Love. The director of constituent services was supposed to assist me. After several days of waiting on her to contact me once my grandson and I visited her office to present documentations in final, we received no help, but a verbal referral to seek further assistance from the senator office Mr.Shevrin Jones. It’s sad that the politicians make all kinds of voided promises to the people, but never any work performed on behalf of the people. Since my struggles to obtain disabilities for my grandson, I lost my husband, my brother, and this year my son, however, I stand now a grieving widow, a grieving mother, still standing alone trying to receive disability for my autistic grandson before I leave this earth. I’m struggling here in Miami gardens with no help from the government or anyone. Representative Fredrica Wilson passed my sons file to senator Shevrin Jones office, they in returned passed my sons file to representee Debbie Wasserman Schultz office. I initiated my son’s disability claim in 2019, after several denials, his claim is still pending to this day here on July 2, 2026. For some apparent reason, every time I try to apparent to do an appeal again, the social security website locks me out again. What are we supposed to do? What am I supposed to do when my voice or my grandsons voice doesn’t matter? My husband and I worked hard all our life, and now that he’s gone, I’m standing alone to continue to fight for my grandson. Before an election, during an election politicians come out to mingle with the people and make promises. But when it’s time for the people to call in for an appointment, there are all kinds of blocks put in our way and all the doors are closed. We’re in election time again, and i will tell my story over and over and over and over again to whomever will listen at the polls. I need help, who will help me secure my autistic grandson before my demise?
